LysoTracker Lysosome fluorescent probe - Cell Detection Reagent LysoTracker is a lysosome red fluorescent probe that can be used for lysosome-specific fluorescent staining of living cells color. Lyso-Tracker Red is fluorescently labeled with DND 99 from Molecular Probes with weakly alkaline fluorescent. The probe can be selectively retained in acidic lysosomes to achieve specific fluorescent labeling of lysosomes. Neutral red and Acridine Orange can also fluorescently stain lysosomes, but lack of specificity. LysoTracker Red has red fluorescence, the maximum excitation wavelength during detection is 577nm, and the maximum emission wavelength is 590nm. Dilute according to the ratio of 1:20000 to prepare 1000ml Lyso-Tracker Red working solution.
